اقامة جيدة ولكن ينقصها بعض الخدمات داخل الشقة Positive: هدوء المكان والنظافة Negative: لا توجد سلال للمهملات في الغرف والصالة ودورات المياه تسرب الماء في المطبخ اثناء استخدام حوض الغسيل لا توجد خدمات مثل الماء والمناديل واكياس النفايات
